Course objectives
This course will enable you to:
• to design and structure the advisory process in a logical and efficient manner
• to clarify your role vis-à-vis the client organisation and how to best match your competencies to the needs of the organisation
• how to identify complex change dynamics in organisations and how these can be managed
• how to successfully manage your ‘client’ relations.
Course content
This course takes you step by step through the following approaches:
• the organisational Development Framework and concepts
• organisational quick scan
• integrated organisation model
• institutional analysis (external)
• organisational analysis (internal)
• strategic orientation and OD planning
• Facilitation of OD processes
Course fee: Euro 825.
Conference pack including lunch Euro 25 per day. MDF-ESA can arrange for accommodation at the venue if requested.
